Leveraging its technical expertise and strong execution track record, RODINA pursues its strategy to develop, build, own and operate solar plants and aims at expanding its business activities into new EU markets with a commitment to renewable energy.


Your tasks:

  • You will develop, and open new business areas and models in the B2C and B2B segments in solar technology in DACH Region
  • You are responsible for the commercial offer elaboration and clients management
  • The process optimization in the direct sale of solar solutions in terms of efficiency and costs is your daily business
  • You will work on the cost calculation of the projects
  • You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Installation and After Sales departments and document the processes in CRM and CRQ
  • You evaluate corporate development measures
  • You are responsible for participating in the establishment and expansion of strategic partnerships and the implementation of cooperation in the DACH Region
  • You create presentations and decision templates
  • The support of contract negotiations, including the conclusion of contracts, is also one of your tasks

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration background
  • 2+ years of work experience in renewables
  • Fluent communication skills in English AND German language
  • Profound understanding of PV projects, ground-mounted and roof-top segments
  • Strong interpersonal skills/ability to maintain relations across our groups and client interfaces
  • Analytical skills, strong drive for results and good negotiation skills

Salary: The minimum salary for this position is based on the collective treaty in Austria, and the final salary will depend on your skills and experience.
